It created many unnecessary problems.The time limitation was one of the major problems.The Obama administration kept on changing the rules and strategies until the end, so the contractors had to cope up with changing demands. The assigned company named MarkLogic handaled data management differently from the conventional companies like IBM and Oracle. Even the Website was not thoroughly tested before going live.
